great variety attentive staff excellent job
The included breakfast featured a great variety, and the staff serving coffee were very attentive. The hotel's location made visiting historical sites and using public transport very simple. The room cleaning service did an excellent job.

the staff was friendly. the location was perfect for exploring. breakfast offered a wide variety. i appreciated the clean room, it provided a comfortable base for my city trips.
The elevator was a little slow during peak times. Though it never caused a major delay.

wonderful city stay
amazing staff comprehensive breakfast perfect location subway station
the front desk staff were amazing they answered all our questions. whenever we had any minor issues, they came to our room. the breakfast included a comprehensive selection of food and drinks. the location was perfect as it was right in the middle of town and near the subway station
the bed pillows were not comfortable
